Turbo Fox Percy and Roddy Au Anon back with part 2 :D
Hot Rod gave a yawn before leaping off his nest ready to start the day. He trotted into the living den carefully weaving between the legs of Springer as he made his way towards the kitchen counter. With a little leap he grabbed a bag of energon cubes before sitting in his favourite spot where the sun shined the brightest through the windows. Just as he began tucking into cubes he suddenly felt a soft lick on his cheek making Roddy to turn his helm to greet his mate. "Morning Mims, I didn't wake you did I?" Roddy wagged his tail as the smaller green and white Turbo fox carefully groomed his red mate before speaking "Not at all my dear, however I wanted to check on you...you've been distant lately...is something wrong?" Minimus tilted his head before snuggling up closer as to offer comfort. Hot Rod flattened his ears letting out a sigh "I'm just remembering the past...I never knew what happened to my Carrier all those years ago...a part of me hopes he is still alive and is looking for me. Besides if we ever have pups I don't want want them going through what I did as a pup...I want them to be safe." Minimus gives a little nuzzling comforting Hot Rod before snuggling closer letting out a soft purr. "I promise you I'll protect you and our pups Hot Rod and if we do eventually find your Carrier I hope he doing well and is safe" Roddy gave a smile before wagging his tail "Thanks Mims"
A low rumble of a thunderous acid storm rattled the apartment. Kup gave a low grumble as he gathered up as many spare blankets as well as a first aid kit. The older mech quickly hurried down the hall and into a small room where Arcee was comforting a heavily sparked Hot Rod. Kup carefully handed over the blankets over to Arcee before using the first aid kit to check over the red and gold fox making sure everything was fine. "Well, everything seems to be going smoothly kid...hopefully in an hour or two the little ones will be here" Kup gave a warm smile before giving Minimus a nod allowing the Sire to be to join his mate's side. Suddenly the sound of a door opening quickly and the panicked voice of Springer grabbed Kup's attention, with a low groan he gave a nod to Acree before checking out what has gotten Springer shaken up. "Kup! I found this badly wounded turbo fox while checking out the roof to make sure the acid wasn't leaking through" The large green mech carefully held a deep red turbo fox who clearly had deep burns running along their plating while also looking rather thin. "Ah great perfect timing...Roddy is in middle of emergence during a acid storm and now we have a wounded stray..." The old warrior let out a tired sigh before grabbing the first aid kit again "Put him on the table Springer, I'll take care of him. With a little luck on our side he'll pull through"
Percy blinked away the static while slowly raising his helm to gaze at the unfamiliar room. He tried to sit up only to be stopped by a firm but gentle servo making the turbo fox growl. "Easy...I'm not going to hurt ya" Kup spoke before helping the red fox up carefully. Percy still kept his optics on the stranger ready to snap at him if he dared tried anything, he watched closely as Kup headed over to the kitchen to make some medical grade allowing Percy to scan the room more clearly. With a quick sniff he could easily tell there was more than one person here however Preceptor's tail began wagging when he caught the scent of someone he thought he would never see again. "Hot Rod?" Without a second thought and not caring for his wounds he leapt off the table and began limping following the scent until he stood in front of a door. With a gentle nudge he opened the door letting out a soft gasp, there in the middle of a nest of warm blankets was his long lost Bitty who was carefully wrapped around a litter of tiny white, green and red pups. Just as Percy was about to enter Minimus suddenly darted forwards growling and bearing his teeth at the stranger he wasn't about to let a strange turbo fox to see his mate and pups. Roddy who was sleeping suddenly jolted awake hearing Minimus growl, he defensively curled his frame tighter around his pups as a shield until he spotted the intruder recognizing their scent. "Carrier? Is it really you?" Minimus looked startled but he allowed the other turbo fox to enter but kept his guard up in case, Percy limped forwards sniffing making sure he wasn't mistaking before wagging his tail while crying tears of joy. "My little fire, my bitty you're alive! I feared the worst when I couldn't find you." Hot Rod sniffled before he nuzzled into his Carrier's fluff like he did when he was a pup. "I thought I would never see you again...heh well I guess you have a lot to catch up on" Percy gave a light chuckle before glancing over to his Bittie's mate "Thank you for taking care of him" Minimus gave a smile wagging his tail before trotting up to join his family.
