These sweet Marshmallow Pops featuring Minnie Mouse are perfect for any occasion or Disney-themed party. Both making and eating them are enjoyable experiences!
Ingredients: 12 large marshmallows. 12 wooden popsicle sticks. 1 cup red candy melts. 1/2 cup white candy melts. 1/4 cup black candy melts. 12 mini Oreo cookies. Red and white sprinkles. Edible black marker.
Instructions: Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each marshmallow, about halfway through, to create a handle. Melt the red candy melts in the microwave or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Dip each marshmallow into the melted red candy, coating it completely. Allow any excess to drip off. Place the dipped marshmallows on a parchment paper-lined tray and let them cool for a few minutes. Melt the white candy melts and use a spoon to drizzle white lines onto each marshmallow to create Minnie Mouse's iconic bow. Immediately place a mini Oreo cookie in the center of the white candy drizzle to complete the bow. While the white candy is still wet, sprinkle red and white sprinkles over the entire marshmallow to add some sparkle. Melt the black candy melts and use a toothpick or a fine-tip edible marker to draw Minnie Mouse's eyes and mouth on each marshmallow. Allow the candy melts to set completely before serving. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
