🌿 Not So Berry: Base Game Edition – Generation 1 (Mint) 🌿
Hi, Simmers! 💚 I’m currently on Generation 9-10 of my Not So Berry Challenge (base game version), but I wanted to take a step back and share my journey from the very beginning—Gen 1 (Mint)! ✨ I’ve had so much fun working through each generation, and I can’t wait to share how it all started with Faustýna and Valentýna.
Here’s a quick look at Gen 1:
Aspiration: Complete the Chief of Mischief 🔥 aspiration and achieve level 10 in the Astronaut Career. 🌌🚀
Skills: Maxed out Mischief and Logic skills
Complete the Elements Collection—this one was a real challenge! The elements were incredibly tough to find, and I ended up downloading a lot from the Gallery with the stones I was missing. Regularly visiting the plot where I could find the elements helped me complete this collection. 😅💎
Meet Faustýna & Valentýna:
Faustýna, a bold and adventurous spirit, found her match in Valentýna amidst the vast expanse of the cosmos. As interstellar smugglers, their partnership was built on ambition, mischief, and shared aspirations. Faustýna was a Tormentor, Gym Rat, Speed Reader, Frugal, Shameless, Essence of Flavor, High Metabolism, Dastardly, and had a Fear of Death. 💚
Faustýna is a Czech female name inspired by the legend of Faust, a character who deals with the devil for knowledge and power. I felt it was the perfect name for a character in the Mint Generation who thrives on ambition, cunning, and a bit of mischief. Faustýna carries that same energy—bold, ambitious, and willing to take risks. 💚
Valentýna, equally driven by a love for adventure, was the perfect counterpart to Faustýna. Together, they embraced their dangerous lifestyle as smugglers, thriving on ambition and mischief. Valentýna was Frugal, a Speed Reader, Tormentor, Essence of Flavor, Dastardly, and Domestic. 🏡
The name Valentýna is a Czech female name derived from Valentine, often associated with love and passion. She is deeply connected to her family's legacy and isn't afraid to embrace her wild side. 🏡
Their Story: Both Faustýna and Valentýna were 10th-generation descendants in my legacy, though they were super distant relatives! While I was working on my 100-Gen Legacy challenge, I began the Not So Berry challenge, and these two just happened to be part of that 10th-gen line. Their shared history of ambition and mischief made them the perfect pair for the Mint generation’s wild journey! 🌌
