i don’t think this is an unpopular opinion per se, but there is not a single song on folklore that i don’t like. sure, i love some more than others, but even the song i “like the least” is a song i enjoy listening to. oh and peace and hoax should get more love ‘caus they’re amazing tracks with an incredible level of maturity & insight✌️

ooh yeah i totally agree, i don’t think there’s a single bad song on the album! and BIG YES, i think peace and hoax are growers, but they’re both incredible songs and peace is in my top 5 - i think they portray a really interesting, mature perspective of love. there’s something so desperately hopeful about taylor spending all of peace acknowledging that she’s flawed but nevertheless promising to give him her all, and wondering if it’s enough. and hoax is the most fascinating folklore song to me because it’s a really interesting depiction of a doomed/toxic/tragic love that she still can’t do without. the lyrics are sparse but they still really feel like a punch in the gut
