MIOA is complete! Thank you everyone who read, commented, kudos'ed, liked, and asked about it! It was super fun and my longest long fic yet (which I did not anticipate lol).

What's next? I don't know! I'm definitely thinking of taking a little break, but not for long. When I do get back into it, I'll primarily see what I'm in the mood for, but I'm also taking suggestions and have a poll for you to help point me in a direction you're interested in!

(I am highly amused that my chapter announcement got flagged earlier because it had the word "s a c k" in it...aka Cloud mispronouncing "Zack". Zack would be so damn proud and laugh his b u t t off. 10/10)

I was looking thru ur tags and I was wondering what “mioa” means? it’s tagged with the owls? -🐞

oh!!! mioa was my owl. way back when I lived in Ireland/BCE. she was a barn owl. her name was mioamit and it means “friend”.

this is mostly what she looked like! but she had little feather tufts at the top of her head and her colors were a bit lighter. owls have changed over time I guess.

this is one of the reasons I’m really tied to/obsessed with owls and why they appear all over my blog.
