How do you find the festivities?

The music, the lanterns, the grand feast - ah yes, nobody does it quite like we Rito. We're renowned for so many things that I feel our marvelous parties are simply overlooked.

Anyway, I know I look breathtaking in my cultural festive garb and paint - you may save the compliments I'm certain are on the tip of your tongue.

How about a dance? That is, if you think you can keep up? We Rito are light on our feet, and I moreso than most. I think you'll find my talents exceed anything you're used to from home.

The village looks amazing and much more freeing than parties I've been to in the past. Whether at home or Hyrule Castle, those parties tend to feel quite rigid, you would despise them.

You look lovely, hehe. Have you shown Link your wear? I'm sure he would agree with me.

It's been many years since I've danced, but I am willing to dance with you. I didn't know you enjoyed dancing, Revali, though I most certainly wouldn't be surprised by your skills.

I assume that naturally you are delighted to see me, and I am certain that we have muh to catch up on after a hundred years. While I would be amicable towards a nostalgic discussion over a warm beverage, I was perchance wondering if I could trouble you for some assistance first.

Blasted Lynel up on Ploymous Mountain. I thought it'd be polite to take it down for you and your people since I was in the area anyway, however it managed to land one good shot at me before it went down like a huge pathetic lump. I suppose I was only winging it, I thought the beast had already gone down a little prematurely. Usually I would never be caught so off guard by a stray shot, so don't go telling anyone about this.

Either way - can you pull this arrow out of my shoulder? It's gone all the way through and I can't budge it.... I think it's a shock arrow so you may want to use some gloves.

Yes, it is quite a delight to see that you are well. We should find time to properly catch up.

I thank you for taking care of that Lynel. Usually Link is the one to do so, but I don't have the slightest idea when he'll return to the Domain. Still, you should take more care of your surroundings and enemies, Revali. Lynels are quite intelligent, so I am not surprised it had attempted to trick you.

Of course, I won't speak of this to anyone, and taking the arrow out should be of no issue. Thankfully, Link has lent me these rubber gloves, so I should be protected from the shock arrow. Now, please hold still, I do not wish to injure you further.

My apologies to bother you while you're nesting in Ruta waiting to overcome your cycle, but I need your- can I teleport to you? Just quickly? I require healing and I can't go to the village and-

Ugh, it's- I couldn't take my medication because I was very large then very small and before that a baby and then in heat and I don't know - it's only been, what? A month? I didn't expect it to be- I thought I was over this and-

I didn't even know- Hylia, what if other people could tell? Usually your stomach is more prominent before- I suppose it was a relatively small one but- it just came on so quickly, I had to practically throw my duties at Link and fly to Medoh with my tail between my legs it was mortifying- it just started happening so suddenly and-

This isn't supposed to HAPPEN anymore! I thought I was past this, I haven't had a cycle of this in so long now, I didn't think a mere month without that supplement would undo my progress like this- I hate this so much, I feel wretched- it's not supposed to-

An egg....happened, and it- sometimes they crack on the way out and cause some lacerations - and I'm bleeding and it's....unpleasant. I'm sure it will heal up on its own in a few hours but I have things to do and I.... I can't look at myself like this, I need to clean myself up and pretend this never happened before I start ripping out feathers.

Can I just....if I teleport over, can you just heal me? I need this to be over. Please. I would owe you a great debt.

The, um, healing may take a little longer than normal because of my own biology, I usually refrain from healing during this time but we're alone on Ruta and I can see this is urgent. It shouldn't take too much longer however.

Is that what happened? I know I sent you some medicine per your request, and I assumed Link was aiding you. I'm sorry you were unable to find time to get in your medication.

I'll help you clean up, but once you return to Rito Village, you should consider informing Link on what's happening because she's blowing up my Slate, freaking out about you dumping 4 Rito eggs on her. You know she's still learning about your customs.

I want to...ahem...apologise. For my... outburst the other night. I was... not in my best form.

My behaviour was entirely inappropriate. I ruined the festival for you. Likely for most people who attended. I made a fool of us both. As a Princess, you deserved a far better accompaniment than you received.

I can arrange for someone to take you home if you'd like? I can understand if perhaps you'd rather not be around someone so... unstable, at the moment.

I suppose this didn't really end up being the relaxing getaway I promised you after all...

Revali, you have nothing to apologize for.

Just because the night didn't end on a high note, doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the festival or you ruined it for me. You've been a wonderful host, even with your own struggles.

I could care less about how people view me, I'm simply a healer. I'm more concerned about you and how you're doing. I can't imagine going from having a relaxing time to being scared.

I was planning on staying a little longer, so please don't worry about me.

However, I see that Link finally made his way here. How did that go? I can't imagine you were too happy with his delayed arrival. I'm sure you were looking forward to spending time with him at the festival.

I take it that your sleeping arrangements here have been adequate so far? How are you finding life in the Village?

I suppose the culture shock must take some time getting used to. The simple living of we Rito is quite the jump from the gem-incrusted palaces of the Zora. However, I feel that there is something comforting and carefree in wooden walls and windmills, eh?

Anyway. I am simply dropping by to remind you that our Autumn Festival begins tonight now that the lake has finally frozen over. If you are at a loss for things to do, there are plenty of people in the Village seeking aid with setting up the decorations and preparing the feast.

I also bring - ahem - a gift.

Some wooden jewelry. A local specialty. I sourced only the best beadsmiths the Village had to offer, of course.

Don't go putting any hidden meanings onto the gesture alright? I simply noticed that you have not been wearing your coat, and I'm unsure how aware you are of...cultural differences; but covering oneself in sparkling silver and sapphires instead of clothing is seen as something....not entirely appropriate in good company, for Rito. I'm sure you've noticed a few....looks. Ahem.

Regardless, I know the Zora have very different feelings around this. I felt perhaps we could meet in the middle, just for one evening?

Oh Revali! Yes, the beds have been quite comfortable, even without being drenched in water, hehe.

Truthfully, it's been quite relaxing and enjoyable here. While it has taken some getting used to to ignore my usual habits from home, I haven't felt too out of place. Most days I've found myself enjoying the scenery.

Ah, I figured with all the activity today. I'll aid where possible, though I'm not sure how much I'll be with my short stature.

Yes, I have noticed. I had simply removed my coat because it wasn't particularly cold and I was getting a bit too warm... Though it very much is now. Unfortunately, while I had left it with my things in the inn, I cannot seem to locate it today.

I appreciate the gift, Revali. The jewelry is beautiful, I'll be sure to wear something more appropriate during the rest of my stay... Uh, once I locate my coat.

Though I am curious now, has Link ever received such gifts from you? From what I've heard around the Village, you and Link are much closer than you have previously led me to believe.

Pray tell have you been enjoying your stay here? It seems rather quiet and unexciting for a holiday destination to me.

Anyway, I come baring gifts. I have instructed the innkeep to boil us some tea - not because I need to catch my breath or anything before we head off; that seven hour flight through a storm was nothing to a seasoned flier such as me. Heh.

I've brought along my travel sewing supplies to make any needed adjustments, however I think you'll find my measurements and Nekks fittings perfectly adequate as is.

I was thinking during the trek over here - how would you like to perhaps visit Vah Medoh during your stay? I thought perhaps it could help alleviate some of your anxieties around Vah Ruta.

Yes, quite so. Despite your complaints, it's been quite helpful for me. I don't remember the last time I was actually able to relax. While I haven't been doing much, I do help Kapson tend to the weary travelers that make their way here.

I've even picked up reading again, it's been about 50 years since I was last able to sit down and enjoy a book... Well, 150 or so years...

Yes, that storm passed through here last night, it was wonderful to sit in. Though, I suppose flying in it and your feathers make for an unpleasant experience. Do you want a towel to help dry off?

Sidon! Yes, I've been quite well.

I've been at Rito Village for the past month and it's quite lovely here! It's served well to help relieve the stress I've been feeling.
