This is her first time participating, Revali, and you caught her off guard. She's doing just fine and doing as you asked of her, she's just nervous is all. It's not everyday your partner shoves 4 fertilized eggs at you without any context.
I've already informed her of the situation though have left out the part of you coming here. Simply give her some love and reassure her she did a good job when you get back, it'll put her at ease.
That's... That's not a minor wound, Revali. Don't worry about the blood, I'll clean up later. Come here, in the shallow water, it'll help speed up the healing and clean off the blood so it doesn't dry to your feathers.
You are not overreacting, stop beating yourself up over it. I'm glad you came to me, Revali, it'll be okay.
There's nothing wrong with you, Revali. Normal as it may be, it still bothers you, and it's perfectly fine for it to. Even during the times Link's more feminine, she despises this part of her own biology, even if the symptoms have lessened.
I used to tear my scales out when I was younger, before I started my transition, because they were a very deep red and I hated the color. Male Zora tend to have deeper colored scales than women, though there are exceptions.
We weren't born with the luck of being the sex we align with, so we must make do. I've found ways to lessen the dysphoria I still deal with.
Have you considered looking into birth control? I'm not sure about the Ritos, but I know Hylians have ones that can completely stop a person's period. I've been meaning to suggest it to Link for her own dysphoria, but it keeps slipping my mind.
It takes much longer for the effects of it to wear off, so if you were to miss a month, you would still be in the clear of dealing with this situation.
Have you taken your medicine, or would you like my aid in administering it? I have some on hand here just in case.
