Some more thoughts:
I rewatched the episode just now. Call me crazy, but I feel like Adrien was slightly taken aback by Kagami’s advancements. It could totally be that he’s just shy/inexperienced when it comes to a romantic relationship. But we’ve seen how flirtatious and head over heels he is over Ladybug, and it just doesn’t seem like Adrien really knows what he wants yet. Again it was all totally consensual, and he probably will reciprocate those feelings to Kagami, but I have a feeling they made Adrien act this way for a reason 🤔 Honestly I just hope Adrien knows what he wants, he better not be over here breaking my girls’ hearts!
Also I’m convinced Andre shipped Adrinette:
