Mr. Daichi, you seem to be the kind of fellow that people either love to hate or hate to love (or at the very least tolerate). Obviously there are plenty of individuals who would love to have your head, but in your mind who in Gensokyo is fond of you, aside from your wife, that you would be terrified to instead be disliked or targeted?

"That’s, uh… A difficult question to answer. I mean, I wouldn’t really want to be hated or targeted by any of them, but on the threat scale, I would have to say Ms Kochiya, Mi’lady Tenma, and the Crown Prince Toyosatomimi no Miko top the list. Their friendship means a lot to me, and losing that would probably hurt almost as much as the thrashing they could each deliver."

I’m Russian living in Ukraine and the only thing preventing me from donate is the utter lack of cash. Strange that nearest neighbours don’t jump in for help.

((To be fair to the Americans.  I'm sure that if our government asked theirs for help, we'd get it in a heart beat.  It's just really, there's not much they could do that we don't already have covered.))

((That's actually a good point.  I mean, floods arn't common in Calgary, at least not 'oh god your downtown core is underwater' floods.  It was unprecidented, that's why it caught everyone off guard.  But then again, people from the outside have no way of knowing that, and floods are a very common thing in many parts of the world (Winnipeg flooding doesn't even make the news anymore), so ya that actually makes sense.))

Sake was poured carefully into a small shot glass. The contents were downed by the shrine maiden in a single gulp, who, in turn, released a shaky breath.

The mage picked up a folding fan and proceeded to hit the leafy vegetable behind Sanae with it.

"You must've been desperate to get a 'true'."

"Mh? No of course not! But Kanako-sama did~ Maybe I'm trying to see what she did?" A finger trailing in circles around Alice's back, the demigoddess smiling so slyly. "Then I wonder too... Why such a sweet daughter is closed from others?"

"Wh-What...? My mommy and... M-Miss Kanako...?"

Alice's eyes widened. Was Sanae saying that Shinki and Kanako were in some sort of relationship? How come she never knew? Sure, she wasn't in touch with her mom that often, but... 

"E-Eyeh!?"

Any further thoughts were interrupted as Alice let loose a small yelp. She was not prepared for Sanae touching her back, making circles no less, rendering her unable to properly answer Sanae's question.

"A-Ah... I... Y-You see... Um..."

Well, that... And it wasn't something that she liked to talk about.
