Honestly I’ve been getting a surprising number of people commenting on that in their tags and I feel like I should clear it up-- having grown up with the movie and being VERY impressed with how they diversified the designs for the series, I actually genuinely do not have a problem with how the gelflings look. I think they look pretty unfortunate, but I actually like it that way (it’s true to the original!), and was saying “abominable” with great affection.

I wasn’t really expecting anybody to take it seriously lmfao but I guess when a post takes off, that’s what happens.

im glad you feel the same way because man.. what a drama. i know a lot of viewers either dropped it or hated how slow things got halfway through so it’s nice to see someone else enjoyed it too for the same reasons i did (in spite of its flaws)
