Background:

Born in 2049 in Budapest, Hungary, Mira grew up in a loving family where she first learned to play musical instruments. When she turned twenty, her parents became entangled in a complex underworld extortion scheme, and one night both were brutally executed. As the sole survivor, Mira fled Budapest and ended up in France.

She met Ethan, an American mechanic. They fell in love, got married, and later moved to Night City to pursue a music career and build a life together. Mira was twenty-four when she became pregnant, but another tragedy struck: she lost Ethan, and the stress led to a miscarriage.

At twenty-six, she founded V3ctory, a punk rock band in which she blends folk and ethereal motifs into their songs. They do not aim for fame — they simply want to create and play music.

Relationships:

One of Mira’s closest friends is V (Valerie), whom she met in 2077. After the band played three sold-out nights at a bar and the owner refused to pay them, Mira hired V to recover the money and plant a virus in the bar’s system. At that time, V was already carrying the biochip.

Although Mira was never told what V was truly going through, she stood by her side whenever she struggled — even without fully understanding what was happening. Through V, Mira also became close friends with Judy.

Johnny Silverhand was introduced to her by V, after it came to light that Arasaka had preserved Johnny’s body for research purposes, though the original Johnny Silverhand no longer exists.

Mira was never brought into those details, so she has no idea who Johnny truly is or why he suddenly appeared and became inseparable from V. All she knows is that he constantly interferes with her music, criticizes everything, dresses like he is stuck in the old days, and behaves in ways that make her blood boil.
