Stair na hÉireann/History of Ireland
A far darrig or fear dearg is a faerie of Irish mythology. The name far darrig is an Anglophone pronunciation of the Irish words fear dearg, meaning Red Man, as the far darrig is said to wear a red coat and cap. According to Fairy and Folk Tales of the Irish Peasantry the far darrig is classified as a solitary fairy along with the leprechaun and the clurichaun, all of whom are “most sluttish, slouching, jeering, mischievous phantoms.” The far darrig in particular is described as one who “busies himself with practical joking, especially with gruesome joking”.

Seeing summer out with cutie beach girlfriends!
This is a late birthday present for the wonderful @mirrix! Hope you like it (you never gave a specific request, so I took a jab in the dark)! Thanks for introducing me to namesake! :D
mirrix said: There are sites that can convert pixel colors to thread colors
this is true! but when i looked them up, lo, i was sad to discover that apparently this picture has relatively obscure colors (not surprised, since ALL OF HEXIDECIMAL is probably larger than the set of DMC thread colors), so I don't trust their suggestions for some of these thread colors. yay doing it the old-fashioned way

…Why do your legs hurt?
i generally get weird random muscle soreness after a night of drinking, e.g. legs or arms will hurt like i've been running a lot or lifting weights or something
this is far more common than the headache thing for me, actually, i think i've only had a hangover headache once or twice in my life
