You are SUPPOSED to have a tummy, you are supposed to have fat on your arms, and your thighs, you’re supposed to have cellulite, you’re supposed to look like an ADULT.
You’re not supposed to look like you’ve been through a famine(when you haven’t), you’re not supposed to have a visible sternum, you’re not supposed to have a visible spine or ANY visible bones in general.
If you look like this an think it’s "impossible" for you to gain weight, or you think that it’s your "healthy body" you have something medically wrong with you that needs to be checked out.
If you think being thin is "healthy" or better than being anything but "fat", you have a problem.
If you’d rather prefer to be a skeleton over being muscular, fat, or at the very least have a little bit of chunk on your body, YOU are the "unhealthy" one.
