Kengan Bodyguard Headcannons.
Firstly I want to go through everything that's canon + theories based off of canon, which won't be much unfortunately then I'll dive into my fanon ideas/headcanons please feel free to add your own I'd love to hear them if you have any :]

I WILL MAKE MORE LATER IM REALLY TIRED RN I TRIED MY BEST. Please correct me on any errors - once again this is written at roughly midnight for me.
Omori Masamichi - Favourite food is cup ramen. VERY good mentor, always tries to bring the best out of any fighter who he deems necessary. Has a cigar collection he started when he got his very first wage, makes it a point to get a new cigar every 2-3 paychecks he gets.
Takayama Minoru - Hobby is fishing. Every Christmas any gift he gets will always be coupled with a fuckass mask with something stupid on.
Iwaki - Recent stress, he hasn't had time to get a haircut. Complains about having a bad hair day but no-one else can tell the difference for some reason (JUST LIKE ME FR) Naturally has a loud voice, but still a nice guy.
Yoshioka - Main skills are housework and assassination. After losing his fang, he wanted to have a skill he could say he was extremely good at, and with already being good with his hands he learnt to do simple chores then worked his way up to more tedious tasks.
J - Hobby is baseball and his personal hero is a samurai by the name of Sakamoto Ryoma.
Funaoka - Proud he doesn't get hangovers. Drinks around other bodyguards to rub it in their face he won't even be bothered the next day. Always wins drinking competitions. Scars on his face come froma duel in the past with Kaike. However no-one knows outside of them.
Ketaka - Worried about making eye contact, very reserved personality. Doesn't mind sitting with others as long as he can just sit there and listen contently. Has snake bite piercings but doesn't have them in often because he hates when people stare too long at him. Has an insanely cool and amazing sense of style, but doesn't wear it often because he'd prefer to not have much attention on him.
Nawa - Hobby is memorisation, most skilled in a fight, even among the captains. Has A LOT of peoples phone pass codes memorised (JUST LIKE ME FR). Normally memorises stuff about the people around his to tell Mihagino for his latest way of showing appreciation for the people around him. Has an insane bank of random knowledge he will drop on anyone's who's willing to listen. Could probably talk about anything but doesn't always bother.
Aioi - Motto is "punch before you think". The AMOUNT of people who had to duck, dodge or parry this guys punches on the first couple of months he arrived was INSANE. Anyone who came around the corner too fast was in danger of this guys punch. He was conditioned to punching coworkers who jumpscared him when he was apart of the rugby team. Taken a bit to unlearn this behaviour. Still hasn't fully unlearned it, every 2 weeks or so someone almost gets punched.
Katsurami - Worried about the generational gap between him and his subordinates. Always tries his best to understand what the younger bodyguards are saying, appreciates it greatly when someone explains to him. Makes him so happy if someone tries to learn more about his generation through music/someone just has the same music taste as him.
Mochigase - Skilled in covert operations and sense of smell as good as a dog. The piece of fabric he has over his face is said to be for a fashion statement but he just uses it to cover his nose when in a strong smelling place. Usually when around a place full of rich people with their expensive, strong perfumes. Sometimes used when other bodyguards work up a sweat at the end of the day and they stink. Very rarely used to cover his nose when people sit down if he believes someone has stinky sit-down air.
Sannoh - Never affiliated with any karate school however has taught karate to senior members of the bodyguards. Loves manga and video games - occasionally incorporates techniques he sees, his current favourite move is circular block. So happy he managed to make it a regular thing that they all play video games together. Generally chill guy like all of them really. Metsudo once asked him to teach him how to play videos games bc Metsudo was bored. Metsudo now makes it a thing to play videogames with him (Omori and Takayama too sometimes) when hes extremely bored. Type a guy anyone can talk to, very chill, very cool.
Mihagino - Latest thing he's into is throwing surprise birthday parties for his subordinates, reputation for being a very good person. His subordinates sometimes brag they have him as captain when they can, pretty much everyone trusts this guy.
Hawai - Worried everyone in town using him as a moving landmark. Very sweet guy, doesn't talk much but always tries to make a point to other bodyguards that hes always there to listen if someone needs someone to talk to/someone to just listen to them. Had to have a custom made controller for when all the higher up bodyguards have thier tri-weekly video game session, where they also talk about their subordinates (potentially to give some better opportunities but it's mostly gossip) not that he gossips much.
Kaike - Scar from duel in the past, open secret: crush on Sayaka, everyone knows about it except Sayaka. Respectful towards Sayaka not because of Retsudo, but because hes a decent person. Often plays video games with Sannoh on his days off. Has VERY good fashion sense, but it's just not seen because hes mostly wearing a suit.
Misasa - Goal this year is to treat his hunch back. Did have it improved a bit when he joined the Kengan Vs Purgatory match.
Retsudo Katahara - Plays bass, spends his breaks with Sayaka. When he was younger he saw the Gorillaz, and wanted to play bass ever since then. He sometimes draws the extermination force as Gorillaz members. Kaike = 2D, Misasa = Noodle and Hawai = Russel. Threw the drawings away because he was so embarrassed.
Nagira - Gets pissed when anyone messes with his hair that it's become a taboo subject among the bodyguards, surprisingly used to be a sushi chef. The bodyguards sometimes have Yoshioka and him have a cooking competition. This is mostly an excuse to not have to cook for themselves if they aren't going out for the day. Both their cooking is absolutely amazing, the bodyguards try to keep their scores the same in order to keep the competition going.
Omori Masamichi - Scouted from the outside, became the 4th fang.
Takayama Minoru - Orphan, taken in by Metsudo and raised by him. The second scar on his face is said to be from Agito after the second time they fought. Eternally pissed about it, MAYBEEE wouldn't be so pissed about it if J didn't sometimes remind him everytime J doesn't successfully catch a fish when they go fishing together 💔
Iwaki - Orphan, raised by Metsudo, a little bit older than Takayama and J, in the same age group but different cohort. Suspicious of Sannoh for various pranks played on him, but doesn't have any concrete evidence after all these years.
Yoshioka - From the outside, assassin, tried to defeat Agito Kanoh, lost and became a chill guy. Teaches a lot of his skills to other bodyguards, thinks skills like those are important and pushed for it to be taught in general to newer bodyguards, which Metsudo agreed to.
J - Orphan raised alongside Takayama. His best friend is Takayama, pisses Takayama off, often when he has nothing better to do. They both always have competitions between their hobbies (baseball and fishing).
Funaoka - Orphan, little bit younger than Takayama and J, wasn't in the same cohort as them, rough childhood in comparison to the others. This caused him to turn down the offer to join the extermination force to continue guarding Metsudo as a thank you to him.
Ketaka - In the same cohort as Nawa, they never really got along or close to each other until they were older due to shyness mostly on Ketakas end.
Nawa - Same cohort as Ketaka, didn't want Ketaka to feel awkward or forced to be his friend so he never bothered to get to know him until they were a bit older.
Aioi - Used to be apart of Japans National Rugby team, scouted by Metsudo. Plays rugby with the bodyguards, plays most often with his subordinates as a form of training and team-building.
Katsurami - Same age group as Omori, alothough Omori was scouted they still talked to eachother due to training in close proximity because they were both the strongest. They talk every know and then - sometimes reminiscing how it used to be for them even though the others are 5 years younger than them at most.
Mochigase - 😱🥹 <- when he smelled his old friend Yoshioka (I'm joking). Basically, tried to assassinate Metsudo, was then re-united with Yoshioka (a former assassin) and joined the bodyguards shortly after. Still became closer with Yoshioka after he joined, still thanks him for getting him this job.
Sannoh - Same cohort as Iwaki, used to pour extra soap on him in the showers when Iwaki wasn't looking to piss him off. Everyone in that cohort still hasn't snitched to this day. I like to think this guy can be a troll, but it's always light hearted and funny. Videogames and manga are a big escape for him, wasnt picked up by Metsudo until much later than usual leading him to be pretty lonely for most of his life compared to the others.
Mihagino - BEST GUY EVER. Everyone thinks of him and kind and trusting, which he is. Used to work with injured animals, taught a lot of bodyguards how to help these animals. Will randomly lore drop about his insane life when he feels like taking. "Reminds me of the day I had to save Axl Rose from falling off stage" "whar"
Hawai - Been close friends with Mihagino since day one, was friends with Ketaka later on mostly due to Ketaka being a bit younger. Was a bit taller than other kids in his cohort until he grew 1 foot taller than them then 2 feet then maybe 3 depending on the person. Feels bad when he towers over other people, is only greatful for size during fights/ability to protect.
Kaike - One of the youngest, just recently became a bodyguard and was instantly scouted for the extermination force. Very proud of himself for it. Hawai normally fills him in on any lore he has missed about the older bodyguards.
Misasa - People dont even remember if he was scouted or was raised by Metsudo, he kinda appeared some day. The only person who remembers him is Nawa, but he doesn't say anything, (Misasa is the same age but was in a different cohort). Doesn't realise his face is naturally smiling until someone points it out (JUST LIKE ME FR). His hair magically just kinda floats to one side for no reason. Not even he knows why but doesn't question it. Offers extra martial arts to particularly small (size wise) and up and coming bodyguards so they don't feel discouraged/behind/unable to do what the others can do.
Nagira - The story is told that the second scar on Takayamas face was from Agito, however one day Takayama was being a dick to Nagira so it a fit a rage he cut the otherside of Takayamas face. Regrets it, only sometimes, though. Nagira & Takayama have had an unknown and unspoken rivalry ever since.
