-Melon-soda beats all (same with melon-flavored shaved ice)
-he's in his last year of high school and going to cram school to get a scholarship for college since his family is poor
-VERY sharp thinker
-before the incident with his dad, he used to be really bright and cute
--he also used to be a crybaby
-can't handle bloody/gory movies
-when stressed beyond a certain point, he clams up, shuts down, and becomes ice-cold (i.e. right after the "incident" involving you in his route)
-VERY blunt and doesn't mind telling people off
-however, he DOES speak very politely to his elders/senpai
-has no problem taking the blame for situations if he does truly believe he is at fault
-fairly good cook (works as a chef at the cafe as opposed to a waiter because his people skills kind of suck overall)
-when it comes to Toma, he tends to get a little competitive
-concerning Toma again, he's a little jealous of him because of his kinder, more understanding personality (Shin wants to be nicer to you but doesn't know how)
-bad at air hockey but excellent at poker lolololol
-gives absolutely zero fucks about kissing you whenever he damn well feels like it (huhuhuhu)
-however, holding hands embarrasses him BIG TIME
-is a habitual liar, though he only considers it justified if it's for a sort of greater good instead of for one's own selfish interests
-is afraid of hurting people but would rather do that than see the person he loves get hurt instead
-when alone (just the two of you) he's not opposed to hugging, though he's usually the one that instigates it
-he sees the person he loves/you as a reassuring presence in his life
-though the words he says are harsh, it's only because he'd rather spare you more pain in the end or push you further to prove him wrong
-overall, he's always thinking of you over everything else
