horror asks: 14, 18, 20, and 26!

14. most memorable and/or favourite horror trailers.

oh FUCK. this is actually super difficult. WAIT NO okay i know what my favourite for this is! it's when all the marketing etc was happening for the first/original Cloverfield film. watching that happen around me was WILD and so much fuckin fun (i remember the silly fake news broadcasts about an alien invasion and all the different posters and tv spots etc). they really went extra for that film in it's marketing and it was BEAUTIFUL.

18. a decade i'd like to watch more horror content from.

ahhhhhhhh the 60's. there's so much from that era i just.....haven't seen (even though i have seen a fair bit?). but there are some big titles from the 60's i haven't seen yet and need to rectify.

20. creatures i wish were in more horrors.

FUCK. this is another fuckin thinker. one thing i enjoy seeing in horror is the derogatory approach to fae (which is the only correct approach to ever be taken). i feel like it's something that has been terribly underutilized? and that when it has been used, it's been a wash of an attempt? like. i don't know how to explain this one accurately right now lmao. i just know that i wish i could see more fae in shit being lil assholes and fuckin shit up and being just fuckin insanely evil.....AS THEY SHOULD BE.

26. a horror i didn't anticipate to enjoy, but did.

The First Omen is one that comes to mind, especially my review for it lmao, and probably also Alien: Romulus (i have a longstanding relationship with hating those films since Prometheus lmao).

I've never been on your blog to like anything just found it tonight I was just a bit confused as I can get on your blog and see all your posts in tags I thought they disappear if you've been blocked is all so asked it's fine like I said I'll just go now I don't want to come across as weird sorry

the only other reason i would have blocked you, if not for like spamming, is for having an empty/blank blog or no recent postings. again, i am not here for being window shopped. i put time & effort into the stuff i make. sending me lengthy messages asking me about why you're being blocked is weird when i do not know you. continuing that, when i'm posting a very clear indication(s) of my uncomfortability with you doing so, is a crossing of my boundaries.
