imagine thinking a demon whose whole job it is to be charming and convince people to make bad decisions and a pleasant homebody sweater angel whose the personification of goodness both being so fucking ugly. who are they gonna charm and persuade and bless when no one can look at them directly without wincing I just.......

but then again, when I realize who they had to pick from - aka all the british whites - no matter who they casted, those folks woulda been ugly. so.

IF U MEAN TWO LADIES BEING COMPLETELY CAPTIVATED AND HYPERFIXATED AND OBSESSED OVER EACH OTHER ISN’T A LOVE STORY, THEN WHAT IS??? but be warned that this isn’t a gentle series, and while most awful happens tastefully off-screen (because the director is a woman and not a fucking idiot), one of the characters is still a fuckin serial killer.

that being said, while they do get fucked up, they don’t die!!!! but they don’t kiss each other ): cause sometimes luv is a game of cat and mouse and almost-murder

Oh gid the color palette. It takes away all the visual flair that was a big thing in the comics and now its just a green Series of Unfortunate Events

yeah I’m surprised everything is so dark and washed out considering its originally a comic book series. and even when colour is used (like the red walls of the staircase the kids run up along) the colour itself seems extremely muted and dim, and I can’t tell why.
