Late, but yes, this is exactly what happens. Natsuo does not actually join the league though. He just dates Tomura unknowingly.

Chapter 3 is still a ways off, but the prolouge is now being updated, with the new version of the first page available today. Expect a new/replacement page every other Saturday, just like usual.
Page 89 brings chapter 2 to a close.
The comic’s going to be on break for a couple of months. Thorn’s still ironing out a few issues with chapter 3′s script, but I’ll be updating the prologue in the meantime. Those will start appearing in June, so be sure to check it out!
