No. Everything that happened, all the terrible & traumatic things, all the good things, every precise interaction, led me to where I am today & who I am today. In another environment, I might have been someone worse. Alternatively, I could have been someone a lot better. 

Whatever the case may be, I wouldn’t be the Me that is present here now.
