Ingredients: 500g pork tenderloin, sliced. 2 tablespoons miso paste. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 2 green onions, sliced for garnish. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix them together. Make sure that all of the pork slices are covered in the marinade before adding them. For at least 30 minutes, let it sit. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and garlic that have been minced and saut until the food smells good. Mix the pork with the marinade and add it to the pan. Cook until it turns brown and is fully cooked.
