Tonight I cooked Japanese food ,Miso marinated chicken breasts with Shishitou green pepper and tomatoes. Japanese cooking is always very simple. All ingredients are just miso, mirin ,sake, marinated it for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge then grilled to golden perfection.
