I don't like the way people are tacking the word 'phobia' on to the end of everything instead of putting prefix mis- at the beginning.

Like, with the "transphobia" thing, there is a big difference between hating the transgendered and being irrationally, mortally scared of them.
If somebody hates me, and makes it pretty clear that they hate me, it would probably be a big mistake for me to start going around saying that they fear me.
At the very least, I doubt it would help matters.
"You phobophobe!" "Actually, it's misphobia. I hate irrational fears."
