Awestruck... I saw the Northern Lights(The Aurora Borealis/Polar Lights). Unforgettable. Like most indelible memories that stalk hope I was flooded with uncontainable joy that bursts at the seams of my polished veneer. It began so innocently. So unexpectedly. As laughter. And morphed into sounds of freedom mocking the chains created from self oppression. Self rejection. Then self awareness. Now self acceptance... Laugh Out Loud was no longer an acronym. I could laugh out loud, cry out loud, dance out loud, sing out loud, breathe out loud, Be out loud until the grounds shook. And roofs caved in. The world/life is happening outside of our mind's door but we have locked ourselves in. Afraid of who? What? Why? Perhaps more afraid of what we could become. Our best and worst is still our best if we allow ourselves to transition without so much judgment. To change. Grow. Evolve. Outside of our comforts. To think different. See different. Be more than we ever could imagine. The planet is due for another earthquake. And we are the only ones that can shake ourselves free.
