Every time you post one of these my brain goes “hey!!! That’s a good point!!! I like [similar thing] about myself too!!!]” and it’s really starting to make a difference for me!! I think positive things about myself and others more often!! Thank you!

Also along similar lines my New Years resolution last year was that if I THINK a nice thing about someone, I should SAY the nice thing! Tell strangers you love their coat! Those shoes look comfy! You love their vibe today! spread the positivity to everyone!
HELLO THIS IS SUPER LATE but it’s the first time i’ve been on a computer to answer!!! this was so lovely i teared up when reading it lmao but i genuinely think like - obviously positivity isn’t going to say, Cure Depression or something but retraining ur brain just by way of Habit so you don’t spend Hours shouting at urself for being a Stupid Failure is really important!! i try to do it weekly so i Force myself to think of something nice to myself at least once a week and the more i try to keep that up, the more often i find myself being nice to myself! so yeah i feel u!
also that’s a LOVELY new year’s resolution! i tend to be not so good at that, esp at work, cuz i tend to Clam Up when i’m nervous/anxious so for me that would serve the double purpose of spreading positivity and also practicing Speaking Up when i have something to say! thank u for this it’s great!!
