I got fired yesterday from my vet nursing job because the other two nurses made complaints about me. When i asked what it was i had done wrong the vet wasnt able to tell me and all he was was i didnt "fit in". Im devastated. I loved my job there and always worked to the best of my ability and i got fired for being different? Its not fair :(

I don’t know what to tell you, as I don’t really know what’s going on in that situation but unless you are on a probation period you can’t just be ‘let go’ without a good reason, or multiple warnings. I don’t know whether the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia might be able to offer better advice, or Fair Work Australia.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. At first I thought it was the genetic test results then I remembered she said she didn’t want to do that and I don’t think they ever sent in samples. So yeah, probably the gender and the ultrasound. I just hope Dolls remembers to give it to her.
