Perhaps he shouldn’t have wandered away from his trainer. Yeah most likely. Blue wasn’t going be happy with him once he realized that Arcanine had vanished. But that wasn’t a concern for the large right then. What was a concern was getting the smaller dog Pokemon he found to play with him. Dropping his chest to the ground in a play-bow, he wagged his tail to show his intent and excitement.

“Once, I dyed Leis hair purple. I think Professor Burnet forgot. Lei just wanted to match with his fav big brother. But he didn’t have a lot of hair do I gave him a Mohawk. I tried.”

“Would you want me to go deal with’ em? Me and Mors won’t let anythin bad happen to ya.”Marnie already going on a bit of a defensive mode. She does like Sonia, so if someone was bothering her, then she would protect her at all costs.

Ash felt lucky. This time, he didn’t see Kukui in the house. With a grin, he slipped off his shoes and rushed past, going to head to his room. But of course, Lei was up with Burnet and Ash sheepishly shoved very messy purple-with grown in black roots off his face. He had been trying to go as long as possible hiding it under his hat, but, that was now a failure. He was caught.

“Alola,” Ash greets, his hair long enough to tuck behind his ear.

“Professor. It’s nice to see ya aroun’d again. Were you bein’ busy with some kind of research? Which would explain your sudden absence. I hadn’t been in town for a bit, so I might have missed ya if you went out to travel to some place n such.”

@misscleverclogs​ sent:  "I had just finished notching my arrow when I noticed you came outside-- and... then... before I knew it," she blushed, looking away from the other Winter fey, as she could feel her ears lightly tinging. (Yes, rare as it was for a fey to show emotions, that was always something about Ariella as she wasn't your typical WInter fey.) "...I couldn't stop looking at you because you look so handsome today... and when I realised I let the arrow loose by accident!"

He remained where he was as she explained how exactly she had been distracted. He always had trouble being mad at her and this was proving to be one of those times. Primarily the comment on how she thought he looked handsome today. Rubbing the back of his head one more time, he got up and went to her with her arrow in hand. “A bit of a warning next wouldn’t go amiss.” Smiling a little, in a way Ash hoped she understood that he wasn’t upset with her, he added in a softer tone, “And you look very beautiful today.”

@misscleverclogs​ sent: As she’s practicing some archery, an ice arrow flies just past Ash’s ear, and Ariella lets out a meep. “I got distracted...

He was glad that he looked up when had and therefore was able to throw himself to the ground to avoid the arrow. Looking at where it had landed and then over at Ariella, he could only open gawk at her for a moment. Next time he decided to sharpen his sword while she practiced he was going to make sure that he was a good distance away. “Oh yes, I can very well see that.” Rubbing the back of his head where he had hit it on the ground he asked, “What exactly distracted you so much?” Since as far as Ash knew it was a rare thing to happen to her.
