hi no it’s not dumb! it’s rare because cfandom culture is like that, the large majority of them tend to stan only one member instead of the whole group. fanwars between stans of different members in the same group break out on a regular if not daily basis, and during concerts fans are always more concerned with support projects of their own biases instead of the group’s. iirc some people have been trying since TLP to make a silver ocean happen, but it never did because everyone insists on different blocks of colours for different members. this is probably the first time a silver ocean has happened at an exo concert, they tried really hard to make it happen during Promise and it finally did, so it’s quite a big deal ^^
