                                               MISSING BENJI 

After a prank taken too far by Aiden, Benji has spent the last few days avoiding Po Town altogether. Sent on a separate mission to scout for Pokemon by the Team Skull Leader Guzma, Benji finds himself crossing paths with the last person he’d ever want to see again. With the situation he soon finds himself in, Benji discovers a particularly dark truth, as well as just how much he means to other people.

Future Warnings: This event more or less include violence, death mention, abuse, alcoholism ect. All will be tagged accordingly.

((Any previous threads that were leading up to this point may still be continued, as this event will last quite a long while. Anyone can participate, and I’ll occasionally send asks to certain blogs to further the event’s plot. However, any future canon events cannot include Benji until he reappears. He will still be available for memes and such, but canon wise will be unavailable. This is hosted as a Canon event for him as part of his and Aiden’s story line. Anyone can join or send an ask pertaining to Benji’s whereabouts.))

Benji and Nanu: Benji had been staying with Nanu for a bit to avoid Po Town for a while so he could collect himself.  Interaction with @tired-kahuna

Benji and Guzma: Benji returned to Po Town, however he still wanted to lay low for a while. The news had reached Guzma previously so he sent Benji on a mission near Route 15. ( Need interaction with a Guma)

Aiden and Alena: Aiden, overcome with worry, has pleaded for Alena to join him in an attempt to search for Benji on their own. Interaction with @skull-bxnes

Missing Benji: It’s just a Little Water

‘Stop stop stop PLEASE STOP!’ Was the constant mantra ringing through Benji’s head as he desperately clawed at his father’s arm, trying to loosen the other’s hold. His necklace chain had thankfully snapped and broken from earlier, preventing his father from damn near choking him to death.

However Caleb seemed to have something different in mind. Which is how Benji found himself being knelt over the bath tub in the tiny bathroom the trailer had. His father had only let it fill about half way with water, but it was enough to submerge the entirety of his head underneath the water. Benji writhed and struggled to break free, one hand clasping the edge of the tub to try and pull himself up while the other tried to pry his father’s hand from around his throat.

“Stop your fucking squirming boy. This is just a reminder of what I won’t tolerate in this house.” Caleb commented, pulling Benji up from the waters surface for a moment before dunking him back under.

“First thing is that you’re gonna get rid of those disgusting clothes. I’m sure you still have some of your old clothes in your room. Haven’t fucking went in the place since you left.”

‘I didn’t leave you fucking tossed me out!’ Benji internally screamed, before panic overtook him once more as he twisted and turned about. After another minute or two Caleb finally relented and pulled Benji the rest of the way out of the water, letting his body slump against the edge of the tug as he took in heavy gulps of air. Tears stung at the corners of his eyes, although it was probably unnoticeable thanks to how drenched his upper half was.

It was silent between them for a moment, minus Benji’s panting. The dark-skinned teen rubbed at his throat, knowing there would be a thin line of bruising from the necklace his father had strangled him with earlier. Benji then flinched when a hand suddenly brushed his wet bangs back from his forehead, giving him direct eye contact with his father. ‘Don’t fucking touch me.’

“Second thing is that we’re going to be spending some quality time together. See what kinda shit those punks put in your head.” His father continued, removing his hand and Benji unknowingly gave a light sigh in relief. His father stood from where he had been kneeling, and as Benji found himself glancing up at him he was struck with an unwanted realization. He was still so small compared to this man.

Still so weak.

“Now get yourself cleaned up. Then get started on dinner. I’m sure you didn’t forget what your mom taught you now.” With that, Caleb turned and left the tiny bathroom, his heavy boots making the floor creak as Benji counted the steps until they faded, his father no doubt returning to the living room.

A moment of silence, and then a broken sob escaped from the Skull member, a hand coming up to cup around his mouth to muffled his cries. Three years, and things were going back to what he had never wanted to endure again. Whats more...He was now...

Aiden clasped his hands together in thought. So Guzma had seen Benji recently? Not that three days was something to worry too much about, after all it almost took an entire day of non-stop travel to reach Malie City. Aiden prayed that was where the other Grunt was.

“Okay....So ya’ have seen him. He hasn’t just disappeared? That’s...That’s good, real good.” Aiden paused for a moment, suspicion creeping into his mind. “Ya...Can ya’ at least tell me ya’ didn’t send him East on his own? Ya’ sent him up North, or even a whole separate Island right? Don’t give me that look G, I know I fucked up. But I have to know.”

Alright, so the plan for these next few weeks is to finish up the Missing Benji Event I started a few months ago, as it’s kind of an important event in the bois canon story line.

This is the basic summary of it

These are a list of events that had happened thus far during Missing Benji (Note that I’m aware Benji has ‘met’ a lot more people these past months, and I would be happy to incorporate them into the story line as they would be worried during this time.)

Aiden: "Yo G, have ya' seen Benji lately? Dude hasn't been to our room in like, three days. Did ya' send him out somewhere or something? And before ya' ask, yes, I know I'm fuckin' 'grounded'."

“Yeah, BRO, I gave him a li’l fuckin break from you, too.” Guzma shot a judgmental leer at Aiden. Dude was a well known prankster, and one with absolutely no boundaries. Almost zero regard for sense, and any joke was worth every expense for him.

In Guzma’s opinion, he’d taken shit a little far with Benji. “Sent him off to do a little “research” for ya boy.” A and B were real close, but it was a charged closeness. The two of them together was like oil and water- occupying the same space but never really on the same level.  And the way Aiden was, no surprise that last joke he pulled was the tipping point for Benji.

“But he sure is takin’ his sweet ass time.”
