Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles.
Instructions: Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, barbecue sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. On the grill, toast the buns for one minute, or until they get a little brown. Place tomato slices and lettuce leaves on the bottom bun of each burger, then add the cheesy burger patty on top. Add pickles and the top bun on top. Put more barbecue sauce on the side and serve hot. Have fun with your Aaron's Missouri Burger!
