What the fuck do you mean a human who defeated a Yautja can never win???

Like, you just keep freezing the prey if it keeps winning?! You mean to tell me that the Yautja who have been ESTABLISHED as honorable are in canon supposed to be such fucking crybaby losers, that they keep defrosting abducted humans when they get bored (or fucking insecure or something).

I enjoyed the individual segments but the final segment was sooo not what I expected and I'm sooooooo fucking disappointed and mad. I mean I've been in fandom long enough to learn to completely ignore canon if I need to but it's always such a kick in the teeth when you're let down.

Because it's not established that they're Bad Bloods. They are to me, but... Fucking hell. I want a fucking cohesive canonification of the extended Predator universe in a way that paints them the """heroes""" of their own story. Not whatever the fuck I just watched. There's a difference between ruthlessness and dishonor.

A giant stone hand not dissimilar to that in the Exalted Plains, where Bull laughs himself silly over his own pun.

Rook is worse.

And Lucanis went in such a beautifully deadpan way:

Since I hauled ass up here and seen how some of y'all are still invested in SIAA, I thought I'd give a PSA.

I'm in autistic and creative burnout. I don't think I'll abandon the fic, but I'm not capable of writing anything meaningful at the moment, let alone in bulk, much to my chagrin - biiiiiig fucking chagrin, size of a blue whale. Alas.

This might sound silly or ridiculous but I've never pulled an all-nighter. I'm very rigid regarding my sleep schedule, but my cat had a health scare and the vet clinic was packed. Left half past midnight, arrived back home after 6am.

I'm high on sleep deprivation, but at the same time I'm fine??? Like I slept 1,5 hours but I set an alarm cause cat needed her meds with her breakfast, but I thought it would be worse? It was fascinating how after a certain point, you don't really feel the exhaustion the way you do when it first starts setting in. It's almost as if you enter a time and space bubble, or like your energy motive stop decaying like in The Sims.

Anyway, cat will be fine I hope. Some nasty UTI she contracted somehow. She doesn't hate me either like I thought she would when I fought her tooth and nail (literally) to put in The Doom Box (hates her carrier).

So yeah. I had like three meltdown in total but I'm Fine™ and it's weird. My autistic ass is more adaptable than I give it credit for.
