Arguments happen, and that's OK. It doesn't matter who's on the other end of your frowning face — best friend, parent, coworker, in-law, or romantic partner. Most people have made mistakes more than once in their lives; however, they have not taken the time, to be honest with themselves and others about how what they did escalate an argument. In the video, I also speak about the role of our subconscious mind in repeating unhealthy patterns in our relationships. These everyday habits fuel the fire instead of extinguishing it. Although it is hard to avoid all arguments, it is possible to handle the situation to permit the relationship to grow. In that sense, fights can be viewed as opportunities to truly listen to what the other person has to say, speak your mind, and emerge on the other side better for it.
