My rating: 6/10

Pretty badly paced - at first it's all endless montages of soldiers and poorly-aged and frequently offensive comedy shtick, and then an hour into the thing, they suddenly decide they want a plot and pathos and things. Which, that part isn't terrible and is probably why this movie is remembered so fondly, but man is that first hour tedious.
