He Came, He Sawed…and Was Conquered, Los Angeles, Calif., 1933.
This 31-foot sawfish caught in the Caribbean Sea, is one of the prizes of F.A. Mitchell Hedges, famous explorer, who is shown holding the monster with the assistance of a member of his party. The explorer revealed that he is planning another expedition into a secret fastness of Central America, discovered by him, to continue his work of uncovering further evidence of a civilization that existed more than 2500 years ago. In addition to the sawfish Mr. Mitchell-Hedges has found many curious types of fauna which date from prehistoric days.
Ancient Aliens; Crystal skull.
Was watching the "history" channel and saw a promo for a new episode of Ancient Aliens about the crystal skull(s). Really looking forward to watching it because it's been proven that the known skull(s) are man made, so it will be most entertaining to see the theories they present based on the assumption that the myths revolving around the skull(s) being true, even though it has been proven that it/they are fake. The most well known crystal skull, the Mitchell Hedges skull, allegedly discovered by his adopted daughter, underneath a collapsed altar inside a temple in Belize. Which to me is peculiar because there was literally no ascertainable evidence that the skull was discovered on that expedition, much less that his daughter was there at all. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd much rather be disillusioned than remain deceived.
What a marvellous evening :)
