Rainbows!
The weather in London has been up and down like nobody’s business, snowing one day and sunny the next. It’s left me hoping for nicer weather and proper sun again so I did these little rainbows to cheer myself up!

Llamas!
Let’s face it, llamas are pretty great animals so it’s pretty fun to have them on your nails!
Once again, these were inspired by my niece...! She has a great llama mobile above her crib that was hand made by my sister in law that I absolutely love so I wanted to somehow recreate that!

Ombre Mandala Nails!
The dark purple in this gradient is one of my favourite polishes at the moment but this was the first time I used it in a mani because I literally lost it the day after I got it. I miraculously found it on the morning I did this piece...now I don’t want to point any fingers but it was mysteriously hidden under the sofa, right at the back under some of my dog’s toys...*glares knowingly at dog* but yes, we still have no idea how it got there.
Anyway! This design took me so long to do but I think it was completely worth it, I really love how it came out!

Cherry Blossoms
Cherry blossoms always make me think of one of my favourite films Mulan (I’m not even ashamed to admit that!) and the really lovely relationship Mulan has with her dad, which reminds me a bit of the relationship I have with my own dad, and the line that he says to her underneath the tree in their garden, “The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all.”

Winter Olympics Nails!
I’m really not a sporty person but I’ve always loved watching the regular Olympics and the Winter Olympics. I just think it’s so impressive to see these athletes doing incredible things that you don’t normally get to see.
I’m pretty sure that Team GB haven’t really been taking the games by storm so far but I’m still cheering them on from the sofa and just enjoying watching the sports in general!
