Unseasonably warm weather yesterday and today. I got to run in the morning before it warmed up (55) but today I had to run after work. Even this late it was still warm. Yuck. My ideal temp is 55. Just cool enough to keep you from sweating too much but not so cold that you have to gear up. 4 easy miles for today.
