My latest painting, “Magical Nature” magical nature is an acrylic painting surrounded by fabric construction which is been machine quilted and hand embroidered. Then the piece was re-stretched on heavy-duty stretcher bars and wrapped around the edge. I’m so pleased with how it came out after many weeks of hard work. I’m also happy to announce that this piece along with many others will be part of my upcoming exhibition in September at Hall Pass Gallery in Baker City Oregon. Hall pass gallery is part of the amazing renovation of Churchhill school. Brian and Corrine Vegter had the courage and vision to turn an abandoned grade school into an incredible venue for music and art.
