there i believe only two bosses who use the theme 'the accursed', fell twins and the wormface, but at same time sanguine noble and royal revenant use formidable foe II, even if they are said to be cursed in the lore, at least the revenants.

Yeah I don't think that there's any reason to think too hard about the sanguine noble/royal revenant themes, because they're an example of ruins minibosses that become common enemies later, while the Fell Twins are specifically meant to represent Mohg and Morgott and have the 'accursed' theme to represent that.

Wormface, though? Couldn't tell ya about the lore implications with that one. I assume that there's supposed to be something lore-important with them considering their heavy connection to death, but apart from the whole 'death isn't a part of the golden order and so they are considered cursed' thing, I can't say anything about them. They have pretty much no lore for me to pick off of in canon, even though I desperatly want to know what their deal is, rip
