I mean I wouldn’t be surprised if Michael was inexperienced during his 20s or very guarded when it came to physical relationships, considering his shyness or trouble trusting people including women. From his upbringing and life he kind of matured a little later as a “man.” He always been about working and creating, and having close relationships was something he struggled with. Considering what he was exposed to at a young age at the clubs and from his brothers with groupies, his father physically abusing him, Diana ross not having boundaries, and how he said he felt very insecure at times. I don’t think just because he was attractive that meant he was very dominant sexually. I’m a fic writer and new account on here, and I want to explore that side of Michael do you think it will flop? I will also like to be mutuals!

I agree, I think Off The Wall era was him at his shyest and most free almost at the same time. As he started creating more and getting deeper into his craft(s) and messages to the public and what he envisioned for his life, he got a bit more comfortable but not to a point of him being a playboy (even though apparently mature era mike had 2 women he was dating) .

I think its all so nuance, theres so much to think about the way he navigated his relationships due to upbringing, trauma, lack of developing them outside of stardom, racial tensions (which i see a lot of people skate over), his insecurities etc.

I'm not saying he went to a club, found a woman and was like YEAH POUNDTOWN. I'm saying the women he dated he might of put through a mattress or two.

I think a fanfic exploring the nuances of him would do well, there use to be one on here i LOVED but the author deactivated sadly
