A compilation of a couple of the pictures we got during our first full wearing of Khan yesterday. He's built on a foam base with PVC ribs and all of his armor is foam as well. He took about three months of work to get to this point and we couldn't be happier with him. Best part is, we can get in and out of him in under ten minutes!

Progress shots on the big boy! Sarah and I have been hard at work on Khan and he's really starting to come together. He'll get mechanisms in his upper arms that'll allow us to control and move his hands, and pretty soon we'll be able to start putting on fur and armor!
Time for Lup from The Adventure Zone! Only thing left is a pair of gloves. I LOVE the cape. It’s so swooshy and fiery.

This is why I've been so quiet in the fic and art scene. Medieval Captain Phasma for my sis @kalifrak It's 100% hand-carved and wet formed leather and has taken us almost three months to build. The shoes are getting their finishing touches now and it should be done by this weekend!
The sibs and I are going to be at Planetcon this weekend! Maybe we’ll run into a couple more OW cosplayers. Can’t wait!
