Forgive me, this is my first book blogging post:-
I’ve not long got into reading. It’s perhaps in the last year or so that I have really stuck to it. I found that I never really had the attention span for it growing up. Perhaps I never found the appropriate genre for me. However, I have just finished reading the fiction novel Liar Liar by MJ Arlidge.
This book had gripped my attention from the very start. I’d you want a gripping yet chilling thriller or as it’s often called a “Who done it” then this one is definitely for you!
MJ Arlidge is very clever and kept me guessing until the very last page! I was very suprised I’d the outcome and this could honestly be within my Top 10 favourites!
What I love most about this book is the strong female characters that have been brought to life. It doesn’t show the weakness of a single female and shows how resilient, hardworking and determined they are! There was always something going on within the book and was jam packed full of drama which made me never want to put the book down.
Thought the book there are various fires that taken place within the area which Detective Helen Grace and her team follow and try to solve the case. Working their way back and fourth between the neighbourhood residents.
But who is lieing? Who is responsible for the heartache and permanent damage that has been caused?
