Aeternae abilities are a curious thing, as the person's innate knowledge grows, it may also expand the repertoire of their innate ability. And those of the half-blooded, mix of both human and demon, can too access some sort of abilities, if they are able to soul-search and understand themselves enough. There, soul-mechanics come to play. While a regular demon has already formed, complete soul, a half-demon or quarter-demon has only "pieces" of their own in comparison. It is still their soul, and if they "fuse the shards" by gaining some sort of personal enlightenment, that is where that person may gain their own newfound demonic ability. Often it is increased strength of body and all of their being, but those newfound abilities can get even more niche and weird than what already exists within the Aeternae. Some Aeternae consider "awakened" half-demons full demons of their own, out of respect to the effort it takes to reach this state. There is also one rule within the abilities of the demon condition; no two exact replicas can exist at once. The soul is an aware thing, and while similarities occur noticeably, no two things exist the same way. This allows things like "telekinesis" and "psychokinesis" to appear simultaneously, but no two of "same elemental" or "same beastblood". Or maybe no two "emotional manipulators" of Qairra's exact type. This is also why the group known as the "Wolf-pack", a range of canine beastblood demons can exist at the same time, as their abilities have great variance beneath the visage of a "dog".
