Thinking about my boy Adrien, specifically that episode where Nino gets jealous of Cat Noir and reveals to Adrien he's Carapace and Alya Rena Rouge, while hating on Chat Noir.
And I think, specifiiclly about Autistic Adrien, but it can apply to canon Adrien also, after in the evening thinking.
Knowing everybody is hiding something from him, not trusting thinking if Nino actually meant things he said about him as Chat Noir, if he actually hates his jokes, if he actually hates how he acts, if he actually hates his real self.
What if Nino is same as everyone only liking his polite and sweet persona of perfect model boy Adrien Agreste™? What if Adrien actually needs to let down his delusion that someone can like/love him for who he truly is?
