WOW I'M DONE
I've wanted to do this since they announced the new album. I wanted to do it with TMH too but I didn't have a 1D themed tumblr then so here it is. First reactions/thoughts on Midnight Memories.
I can really see a theme going on in this album. It's a bit more grown up and more guitarrs going on. But listening to the lyrics it's a bunch of love songs every single one of them! Quite similar to eachother but they've still got their own personality. There's also a lot more ballads now than before. I like ballads but I can't help thinking they were a lot alike. Or maybe I'm just in mood for a catchy upbeat songs atm! Ok so this is my faves: Little Black Dress, Better Than Words, Happily, Half A Heart... Oh god I wan't to put Alive and You & I here too... And Don't forget where you belong! And Little White Lies... I CAN'T DECIDE This time the boys really succeeded with creating a album where every single song is amazing and I can't even imagine how great WWA-tour is going to be. I'm just wishing for One Way Or Another, Teenage Dirtbag, Little Things and Over Again to be on this tour set list aswell. Gosh. Can we please have a 7 hour long concert aswell?
BEST SONG EVER
I will never ever get tired of BSE. It's one of their best songs they've made. And I love the video to it! One Way or Another and BSE is probably my favorite music videos. Isn't it crazy that it's been 4 months since we hit the vevo record with BSE?! It doesn't feel like it's been that long. Best Song Ever is very catchy and I still love to sing it all the time. I feel like it doesn't belong to Midnight Memories, we're still in the bubblegum pop genre with it. But that doesn't really matter. ALIVE
Am I the only one who got High School Musical feelings of this? I LOVE IT THOUGH. This has also really grown on me during the day and I feel like dancing dancing. I love the beginning "my mother told I should go and do some therapyI asked the doctor can you find out what is wrong with me I don't know why I wanna be with every girl I meet I can't control it Yeah, I know it's taking over me" IT'S FINE LIAM YOU CAN BE WITH ME Also the refrain, ugh it's so good

DOES HE KNOW?
Why why why do this album have so many good songs (ok that's positive though) but I have so many songs that I like A LOT. This is really catchy. And the refrain again YAS! 9/10

WHY DON'T WE GO THERE
It's fun and danceable! I don't get any special feelings for this, it's just sweet and a good song. Nialls solo though IT'S GREAT!

LITTLE WHITE LIES
My very first reaction to this wasn't near the reactions the rest of my twitterfeed had. This was one of the three songs I listened to when the album leaked. But through out the day it has really grown on me, and now I love it. It's catchy, very catchy actually. And aaah the lyrics STOP TEASING U GUYS! NOT OKAY. The beggining of the song is so good! "If this room was burning I wouldn't even notice", basically the concert next year lol. 9/10 catchy wiiiho

SOMETHING GREAT
This is also one of the songs that doesn't come near my feels for Little Black Dress, Diana and Happily for example. Some of the songs are very similar to eachother, many ballads. And this just didn't catch my ear as much! Still sweet though. Maybe it will grow on me? I had a few of those growing songs at TMH also!
