Do you ever get a break from stress?

I’ve been dealing with stress and anxiety for years and its just....soooooo exhausting sometimes, I mean anxiety attacks and panic attacks used to be draining and exhausting...and I’ve managed to learn to cope very well, but COPING is exhausting too....I get a day off work and I just want to lay back in bed and listen to some music...or draw, or do ANYTHING productive...but its like I have to continuously tell a child to calm down...and they NEVER calm down...

brain: Looks like our heart is beating pretty fast...are we anxious...are we gonna die?

me: Brain...hearts beat...its their job we’re not gonna die...we’re fine

brain: We should probably eat something...if we don’t eat...we’re gonna have low blood sugar and die

I mean...its really like I can’t even get any peace when I’m NOT anxious let alone when I am...it almost feels like my mind would rather be in panic mode...like that’s become the new normal, and it’s so weird to just feel fine, that my brain HAS to come up with a problem because being okay, just can’t be.

I would be about 5′7″, light brown skin, messy curly afro, deep brown eyes, I feel like I’d probably be a little busty although my ass would be small, my metabolism would mean I’d be just as small as a girl hahaha

I feel like I’d hang out with my female friends as a girl? and do things that girls do together as opposed to things that dudes do with girls? although a lot of the day would be spent checking myself out.

I am fantastic at remembering how I got somewhere, when I’m in a group at a fair or in a new city I can easily navigate the group if we have to backtrack to somewhere we’ve already been

I am sometimes afraid that by imagining a place hard enough, I will teleport there and not realize how to teleport back, like into outer space or into a large lake or fountain like the one in front of the Ballagio in Las Vegas

I have a scar on my left knee from when I skidded across the floor at my old house and cut it on the nails that separate carpet from the tile and a small scar on my left pointer finger from when I cut myself while I was working in a hotel kitchen, neither one is very noticeable, but they will never go away

I would prefer to compose music professionally for videogames, maybe for movies?

I have not, but one of my dreams is to come up with a cake recipe that I only make once a year thats so good that people want me to make it during the rest of the year.
