"HEY. MIME." She yanked a fur hat onto his head. "Happy valentines day, loser." She grins and smushes a snowball on his chest before running off.
Wes immediately tensed upon hearing her voice, eyes narrowed. If she could just.... not ruin today, that'd be nice -- OH GOD HE CAN'T SEE. It turns out that's because she's just placed a hat on his head, and right over his eyes. Scrambling to fix this, he jumps when he feels something cold squished against his chest, then tumbling down the front of his shirt and falling back to the ground.
By the time he's managed to get the hat's brim out of his eyes, he's got a wet spot on his shirt and no Willow to reprimand. But it's a nice hat.
