The Vocal Squirrel
Weird title, huh?
Traditionally, birdhouses and bird feeders are meant for - you guessed it - birds. It's actually been this way for a long time. We humans build these wooden sanctuaries for these little (or big) birds. It would seem odd for me to construct a small wooden house and give it too a rabbit. The space would be too small and of course the bunny wouldn't use it. Why, because it's not built for him.
Yesterday I saw a squirrel in the bird house. This was not made for him and was not intended for his use. Clearly, the squirrel thought differently. He saw absolutely nothing wrong with it and got what he wanted - food.
Funny. We often build things to only be used by and for a specific purpose, and if we see them being used for anything else other than this purpose we deem it as wrong. In the world of singing, there are many things that some singers are told they "shouldn't" do. Like an artist who sings pop really well is made for that genre and only that genre. He/she should never sing opera because they weren't designed to sing it. Really? If it's up to me, I'll be the vocal squirrel and venture into vocal lands that seem unfitted for me. In doing this, we often find out that we are right were we should have been.

3 Tips To Get Your Singing Love Back
When was the last time you can remember singing just for the love? Unfortunately for many singers, this is a hard question to answer. At the professional level it can become even more difficult. The best thing to do is go back to your roots.
Remember when you used to sing in the shower, or when you sang on top of your bed to the sold out crowd of teddy bears? It's when your singing career began. We sang not because we had to, but because we loved to.
