How do I explain that I interpret Colonel, Iris and Sigma respectively as the Soldier, the Poet and the King? (In the sense that they’re all created by Dr.Cain, and Cain was inspired by the image of X… a very distorted image, may I put).

If you didn’t know, the song is about the second coming of Christ, as he is the Soldier, Poet and King– but going to the point already, many characters will interpret X as a God, Thus making the trio “Jesus”, as they’re based on ““God’s image””…..

You can already see how this will Not End Up well.

X is powerful, yes, but, at the end of the day, he’s just a man, he’s just one person, he can’t solve everything— But Cain doesn’t see it that way, nor his creations— Well, Sigma and Iris at least, Colonel couldn’t care less about X. He has his own problems to deal with, problems that only he can resolve.

Iris despises X. There’s no other way to say it, she really hates him, as she believes he prioritizes humanity way too much, while letting His Children behind to fend for themselves. (Her hate also comes from a place of inferiority, as she knows how different they’re, she knows he has the perfect body, she knows about the 30 years, fuck, she can talk more about him than about herself… remember when I said she would start to sound like AM the moment she snapped? That’s how far her hate goes.

He lives the life he wants because he has The choice to do so, while they have to suffer from the reason they’re created, in a world he helped create, and fix a problem that started way before them… and that’s why, more than anything, she hopes he falls. Very hard). (And probably why I imagine that her words caused more damage to X than any punch that Sigma ever gave him in the past, lol).

As for Sigma, he wants X fighting at his side for when the “great day” comes. He still believes in my reinterpretation that X is essential for the success of his great plan, for the evolution and domination of the Reploid kind.

Funny to think that Iris and Sigma obsession over X would start because Cain decided to open his mouth about him; (although, in Iris cause, she was looking for that knowledge, she bite the apple because she wanted to and that shit was bitter as fuck. Now everyone is doomed).

My interpretation of X is less that he’s the solution for everything, and more that he inspires people to do better. A symbol of hope. He can’t do everything alone, and the defeat of Sigma isn’t gonna happen with his hard work alone, but also the work of the many people fighting alongside him for a better future.

X5 is gonna be the consequences of X4, after Iris decided to activate the Final Weapon against Eurasia— (they say that Jesus would come to earth as a soldier, slaying cities and countries, then revealing his true form. First the soldier, then the poet. But we have here a fusion of the Poet and the Soldier within Iris, and she used the final weapon as her sword of “justice”— which makes so much sense, specially when you use the manga’s design, where it looks like a flower! And, if you didn’t know, Iris is a flower that has sword-like petals) (So then, in X5, Sigma came to earth, as the king that will rule over the “purified world”).

Adding one last thing: General would be Madonna/Virgin Mary, as he didn’t created the twins, but he accepted to take care of them.
