I went into this weekend mostly smiling to myself and doing an internal happy dance, but then I had a conversation with a friend about stepping out of the shadows and showing up. So... I am happy dancing while feeling honored, grateful, and accomplished: This week I was selected for the UBS x Luminary Fellowship for Women of Color Owned Businesses. And then I was awarded a Minnesota State Arts Board Creative Support Grant for Individual Artists.
