I wanted to write some DCA Mob AU head-cannons for when they're adults (so not when they're kids in What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Bitter XD.)
So here are some head-cannons for the mob boiz and alcohol o.o
Eclipse does not drink for… personal reasons.
He got drunk once, he got angry and it gave him bad memories, he swore he'd never do it again.
On occasion he'll visit Moon's Bar, mostly for meetings it's one of the mobs hangouts. He'll ask for a drink like beer and Moon will bring him an non alcoholic version.
He is a little worried that he'll lose respect as the boss if seen not drinking But when it's just the three of them he'll have a mock-tail named after him called *The Eclipse.
Sun is… a little bit of an alcoholic o_O
He regularly goes to Moon's Bar to unwind, He gets a 'few' ^Sundrops. and sometimes shots... if you know it's been a bad day/week.
He goes to the bar most days but definitely always on a Friday.
Sun rarely over does it (because Moon subs his drink for a mock-tail version after a while) but he is a sleepy drunk when he does, he gets sluggish and tired and starts rambling nonsense.
He tries to be more composed with company but will still end up falling asleep on your shoulder. Thankfully robots don't vomit XD
Moon owns a quaint little bar; The Moonlight Bar (which is definitely a front btw) and is the sole bartender/worker.
He has the occasional drink but doesn't get drunk very often, but isn't opposed and might join Sun after an especially difficult week.
Moon is hyper when he's drunk, he's very boisterous but jolly. The kind to sing and dance which he finds humiliating so he tries his best not to. (the best combo is Moon drunk but Sun tippy then it's a riot)
He definitely keeps one of the apartments above the bar free for Sun if he really over does it tho.
He has a specialised drink crafted for himself and both of his brothers.
His drink The Moondrop. It's inspired by a gin drop, which is Gin, muddled blueberries, a squeeze of lemon, small amount of tonic and A mixed berry syrup.
^The Sundrop, Sun's drink. It's Inspired by the lemon drop martin But with a twist. instead of vodka, It's White Rum, Limoncello, lemon juice, a simple syrup, Shaken not stirred with a drizzle of grenadine at the bottom of the glass (it's actually more lemon then a lemon drop XD)
*The Eclipse is a mock-tail inspired by an citrus blossom. It's orange blossom tea, orange juice, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup with a few blueberries served on the rocks.
