I’ve had my fill of uniquely @Singapore #cocktails, but this must be my first Hakka thunder tea rice-inspired tipple—and what a tasty experience! Part of @MO_Singapore @MOBarSG’s Volume Three menu of drinks inspired by cultural flavours across the Asia Pacific, the ‘Thunder’ ($22; $12 for mocktail) presents a homely, bittersweet profile of of glutinous rice foam, tea powder and herbs with peanut butter fat-washed Brass Lion gin.
